How do grow lights work?

Grow lights function using different wavelengths of light to promote plant growth. Red light, with a wavelength of 620-675 nanometers, is most effective for blooming and fruit production as 675 nanometers is the peak wavelength for photosynthesis and photoperiodism. On the other hand, sunlight white light, which provides a full spectrum of light, mimics natural sunlight and enhances photosynthesis. This makes it suitable for all indoor plants at varying growth stages.

To set the timer on the grow light, simply adjust the settings for a 4-hour cycle, an 8-hour cycle, or a 12-hour cycle. Each setting dictates how long the light will stay on before automatically turning off and cycling back on again. The package includes a stand, adapter, grow light with controller, and user manual.

Specifications for the grow light include 80W wattage, a lifetime of 30,000 hours, and a charging line length of 80 inches.
